Mr. Eric Raúl Albino Lliuya
Founder, CEO and President of Global Mountain Rescue S.A.C., a leader in high mountain safety and rescue.

LEADERSHIP

ERIC RAÚL ALBINO LLIUYA

CEO & FOUNDER

A professional mountaineer and high-altitude rescue specialist, Eric Raúl Albino Lliuya is the founder of Global Mountain Rescue S.A.C. With extensive experience leading expeditions in the Andes and facing critical situations in extreme environments, he has dedicated his career to strengthening safety, prevention, and immediate response in the mountains.

His vision stems from hands-on experience in the field, driving the creation of a highly specialized team with international standards and a focus on saving lives in the most demanding environments. Today, he leads rescue, training, and operational development initiatives, positioning the organization as a benchmark in high-altitude safety.

Over time, we evolved from a local team to an international rescue network, integrating high-altitude specialists, high-altitude doctors, rescue pilots, logistics experts, and advanced technology.

GLOBAL MOUNTAIN RESCUE S.A.C – OUR HISTORY

More than an organization, a rescue brotherhood

Global Mountain Rescue S.A.C. was born from real-world mountain experience, where every decision can mean the difference between life and death. We didn’t start as a traditional company, but rather as a response to an urgent need: a professional, rapid, and highly specialized system for operating in extreme environments where conventional help is unavailable or arrives too late.

Our story begins in the Andes, one of the world’s most demanding mountain ranges, where professional guides, rescuers, and mountaineers decided to join forces after facing numerous critical situations on high-altitude expeditions. These experiences taught us that prevention, preparation, and immediate response capabilities are the fundamental pillars for saving lives.

Over time, we evolved from a local team to an international rescue network, integrating high-altitude specialists, doctors, rescue pilots, logistics experts, and advanced technology.

Today, Global Mountain Rescue operates under international standards, adapting to diverse geographies and challenges: from glaciers and technical peaks to remote, hard-to-reach areas. Our mission is clear: to reduce risks, act with precision, and save lives in the most extreme environments on the planet.

We firmly believe that the best rescue is the one that is never needed. That’s why we work on implementing comprehensive safety systems that include constant monitoring, satellite communication, evacuation protocols, and specialized training in first aid for remote areas.

Global Mountain Rescue is not just a response team: it is an international brotherhood, committed to safety, operational excellence, and respect for the mountains. Every member shares the same purpose: to be prepared when most needed, regardless of altitude, weather, or terrain complexity.

Today we continue to grow, strengthening strategic alliances worldwide and developing new technologies applied to mountain rescue, with one unwavering objective: that no mountain emergency goes unanswered.
