MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
- The mental health crisis intervention and support team provides immediate assistance to individuals experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis. Evacuations are included if necessary.
- Expert team members also provide additional counseling and training to family members.
INSURANCE AND COVERAGE:
- We strongly recommend that you confirm your insurance policy covers medical and safety evacuation.
- Depending on your insurance policy, you may be entitled to a reimbursement or direct billing.
- Payment to Global Mountain Rescue S.A.C. can be made by payment guarantee and credit card deposit.

Agreements, Memberships and Strategic Alliances
This agreement is based on the framework and cooperation arrangements established with the Austrian Mountain Rescue Service (Österreichischer Bergrettungsdienst – ÖBRD) and its official insurance partner, UNIQA.
The cooperation framework is intended to support mountain rescue, emergency response, search and rescue operations, and related insurance and assistance services.
